  • Free Consultation: Every client receives a free phone consultation. This helps us determine your primary areas of need so that we can match you with the therapist who specializes in those areas.

    Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling: Your initial (“Intake”) session is $150 and all sessions thereafter are $125 if you are paying out of pocket. During your consultation we will verify your insurance and will confirm the cost of sessions. This could be as low as $15 through insurance.

    Group Sessions, Workshops, and Consultations: Fees vary as these services are often tailored to the clients’ needs and depend upon availability, subject matter, and duration.

    We will gladly contact your insurer to learn about your benefits: co-pay (if any), any limit to number of sessions, deductible, etc.

  • If your insurance provider is not listed here, use the contact form to provide us with your provider, we can also provide a form for you to submit to your insurance company applying for reimbursement.

    We also accept private payment via cash or check, due on the day of your visit.

  • We accept payment by cash, check and all major cards via our therapy portal. All payments are due on the day of your visit.

  • Yes, we are able to write reports for agencies such as the Department of Social Services, schools and school districts, landlord and work. Reports start at a cost of $75, and will depend upon length and complexity.

  • Our therapists have in-person and virtual therapy available. Teletherapy is provided via a secure portal.
