Steps for Rescheduling/Cancelling a session


Click “Client Portal” at the top of this page.

You will be directed to our therapy portal where you will click Log In and enter your email address and password. All existing clients would have been sent a link to set up their portal before their first session date. If you need a password reset please request one at LuminousMHC@gmail.com


After logging in, click appointments at the top of the screen and choose the appointment you would like to cancel or reschedule.


If you wish to cancel your appointment choose cancel appointment and a request will be sent to your therapist.


The green note on top will confirm that the request has gone through. Your therapist will then approve the cancellation to confirm that they saw your request.


If you choose to reschedule your appointment, click reschedule appointment and follow the prompts to choose a new date/time.


You can change your appointment location to Main office or Telehealth and you can change to a different clinician if your primary one does not have availability.

Once you have chosen both the location and clinician you will click view available times.


You will be shown a list of the times your clinician has available within that week to choose from.


Once you choose a time and click submit, your reschedule request will remain pending until your clinician sees it and approves it. You will be able to see the previous time and cancel the request if needed.
